Having a manager on demand gives you access to insights and help at the moment you need it, without having to sacrifice all of your earnings, being locked into a contract and risk being “one of many” in a large agency where you compete for deals internally.
We will help you through the negotiation process, making sure that you’re being paid what you’re worth. With our industry experience, we have up-to-date insights about the landscape and how to navigate it.

It’s also a good opportunity if you’re on the brink of potentially needing a full-time manager, but have not found the right one yet.
Or if you're about to get your first brand deal and want to make sure you're not selling yourself short.
THE FINANCIALS
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our fee is 20% of the financial value of the deal.
However, we only get paid if the deal goes through.
If there’s no deal, you don’t pay.
You reach out with information about yourself and the opportunity.
We share an NDA, and once it is signed by both parties, we can get started.

You’ll send through the details of the opportunity and we’ll jump on a call for an initial discussion and plan.
We'll share the contract for the deal between us.
We review the opportunity in detail and prepare a suggested plan for the negotiation in regard to deliverables and budget.
You CC us in as your manager and I share what we agreed on. We never talk with the brand without your approval, so you’ll stay in control the whole time.
When the deal has been locked in we assist in managing deadlines, content, gathering feedback, and ensuring the deal progresses smoothly.
